Return & Exchange Policy

Soft Good Returns

For apparel purchased at https://sherpamtb.com: We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. To start your authorized return, please email info@sherpamtb.com and place your order # in the subject line. In the body of the email please list the items and reason for return.

We highly recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number for your return. Sherpa MTB is not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.

*Please note: that at this time all international sales are final.

Soft Good Exchanges

We want you to love your Sherpa MTB gear as much as we love making it! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have tags attached. To start your exchange, a new order would need to be placed on the website for your desired item(s) after the new order is placed, follow the process for returns outlined above in the return policy. *Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited. Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we cannot accept exchanges.

Bikes and Wheelsets

All Sherpa MTB builds are custom and each part must be ordered individually. We do not offer any returns or exchanges on custom bike or wheel set builds. All bike and wheel set sales are final. If for some reason you receive the wrong parts on any build please contact info@sherpamtb.com and provide an invoice with a description of the missing/wrong parts. *Exchanges are not guaranteed because various manufacturers stock is limited. Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
